Diamond Patterned CN backed Polyurethane Strip Lagging

Polyurethane Strip Lagging for Non Drive Pulleys provides increased wear life (usually 5 times compared to rubber), improved water shedding, reduced material build up and quieter operation over & above rubber.

Diamond Patterned Polyurethane Strip Pulley Lagging is supplied with a CN bonding layer which affords the product an extremely good adhesive quality when used in combination with our recommended adhesive system.

  • High levels of resistance to abrasion up to 6 – 8  times the life of natural rubber.
  • Significantly reduces material build up.
  • Improves water shedding.
  • Increased protection of pulley shell from wear leading to early failure.
  • Can be applied in-situ.

Available in:

250mm wide strips in 12mm, 15mm & 19mm gauges in rolls of 2mts, 3mts & 3.6mts,

We can supply primers & bonding solutions for customer own Cold Bonding to Metal or Rubber application.
